Class: Spring Fever: Designer’s Choice

Horticultural Competition
​
Class 1. Perennial: (one stem or spray) a. Helleborus (lenten rose); b. Any other worthy
specimen
Class 2. Flowering Branch: (12” - 30”) a. Forsythia; b. Cercis canadensis (eastern
redbud); c. Chaenomeles speciosa (flowering quince); d. Any other worthy
specimen
Class 3. Flowering Bulb: (one stem) a. Narcissus (daffodil); b. Crocus; c. Muscari (grape
hyacinth); d. Tulipa (tulip, 2 leaves); e. Any other worthy specimen
Class 4. Groundcover: (in bloom)
Class 5. Houseplant: (not to exceed a 10” container)
Class 6. Any other worthy specimen
